Hard Chrome Plating

Hard Chrome Plating improves wear and corrosion resistance with little risk of delamination and flaking during operations. We can accommodate complex and irregular geometries in a wide range of metals, including stainless steel, copper, brass, and more.

HVOF/Thermal Spray Coatings

Our Thermal Spray Coatings are done using HVOF (High Velocity Oxygen Fuel), a process designed to produce high quality, extremely dense coating with excellent bond strength, wear protection, and hardness.

Shot Peen/Phosphate

This cold working process produces a compressive residual stress layer and modifies the mechanical properties of metals and composites. In machining, shot peening strengthens and relieves stress in components like steel automobile crankshafts and connecting rods.

Grinding/Polishing

Our machine shop provides in-house Precision OD and ID Grinding, Vertical Honing, Vertical Polishing, Lathe Machining, and Stub Welding. We control the cost and lead time to keep your equipment running efficiently.
